Head of a Company

Introduction

A Head of a Company is a person who administers a Company pursuant to the law and constituent documents of a Company.

Rights and duties of a Head of a Company are defined both by the statutory provisions on legal entities and the employment legislation.

This is due to the fact that a Head of a Company is both a sole executive authority of an organization whose responsibility is specified by the civil legislation and a Company charter, and an employee of a Company who is in employment relationships with a Company.

Pursuant to the employment legislation, general provisions of the employment law applicable to all employees with statutory disapplications and additions apply to employment relationships with a Head of a Company.
