Termination and Dismissal


In addition to an employees contractual rights, such as to receive notice of termination, there is overlaid a whole raft of statutory legislation which takes precedence and cannot be contracted out of.  HR professionals, line managers and consultants must be aware of the various legislative demands of this area, if expensive mistakes are to be avoided.
